Frequently Asked Questions

  • Is there an age requirement to shoot?
There is not an age requirement to shoot at our facilities. We just ask that young shooters be large enough to handle the firearms they will be shooting safely, and that they be capable of understanding safety instruction. Anyone under the age of 18 must be supervised by an adult.
  • What do I need to bring to shoot at your range?
We require all shooters and spectators to have both eye protection and ear protection. For eye protection, you may use safety glasses, sunglasses, or prescription glasses. Ear muffs or ear plugs both suffice for ear protection. If you do not have ear and eye protection, we sell them at the range for $10.00 plus tax and $2.75 plus tax, respectively. If you wish to shoot on our outdoor rifle and/or pistol range, you will also need paper targets, ammunition, and a firearm. We have a variety of paper and Shoot-n-C targets for sale in the pro shop starting at $1+ tax up to $20 for a pack of 5. Ammunition is available in the pro-shop also; we typically stock a wide variety of popular cartridges. We recommend you give us a call at 262-594-5900 to check on ammunition availability, as it does fluctuate depending on supply and demand. If you wish to shoot clay targets, whether it be skeet, trap, sporting clays, or 5-stand, you will also need ammunition and a firearm. Ammunition is available in the pro-shop also, we typically stock a wide variety of popular cartridges. We recommend you give us a call at 262-594-5900 to check on ammunition availability, as it does fluctuate depending on supply and demand. Shotgun, Pistol and Rifle rentals are available starting at $25. (Ammunition not included)
  • Can I share a gun with other people or does everyone need their own gun?
We recommend no more than two shooters share one firearm. This is for your comfort, as the gun will get very hot with repeated shooting and foul much more quickly leading to reliability issues. We have shotguns, pistols and rifles for rent and advise you use them for large groups without enough.
