WELCOME TO CAMP
Welcome to McMiller's Summer Camp, where the great outdoors takes center stage! Our mission is providing kids with unforgettable experiences beyond screens, emphasizing fun through activities like shooting, fishing, horseback riding, relays & basic compition and new this year ziplining through the trees.
We're thrilled to reintroduce swimming and biking this year, along with exciting new additions like our high ropes course and zip line adventure. Join us for a full week of adventure and memories August 2-6, 2027.
Hunter Education has been a part of our core basics from the beginning; however, this year will be offered prior to camp the week before as a separate portion rather than being intermixed with camp.
You will need to register for Hunter Education if your son or daughter are interested in obtaining there hunting license. All campers are highly encouraged to take this part if they do not have it. Follow the hunter ed link below for additional information and ways to register for the class.
FREQUENTLY ASKED CAMP QUESTIONS
CAMP REFUNDS:
It’s important to note that our camp operates on a model where all funds generated are dedicated to supporting our program. As such, we cannot issue refunds after April 1, 2027. We appreciate your understanding and support in making our a successful experience for all.
DROP OFF / PICK UP:
Daily drop-off and pick-up will occur at 8 AM and by 5 PM at McMiller Sports Center, located at 100 Walters Rd Hwy NN, Eagle WI 53119. Please note that on Thursday, drop-off will take place at Wern Valley Sportsmen's Club at the main lodge, and pick-up will also be at the main lodge at S36W29657 Wern Way, Waukesha, WI 53189.
ALLERGIES / MEDICATIONS:
Please ensure that all prescriptions and medications are dropped off on Monday with a camp administrator. They should be placed in a zip lock bag along with the medical information, including times and contact numbers associated with the prescribing physician.

NO ELECTRONICS:
At our camp, we prioritize a technology-free environment to enhance the experience for all campers. Therefore, electronics such as phones, tablets, computers, watches, and other devices are not. If any devices are brought to camp, they will be securely stored in a locked box until pickup. For any necessary contact during the day, our counselors will be to access the lock boxes during lunch or breaks.
COMMUNITY GIVING GRANT:
Join us in making camp accessible for everyone! Community grants are available, and we encourage you apply using the link provided. In early February, our board will review the applications and select recipients based on community donations. Last year, proudly granted 18 campers the chance to experience the joy of camp, and we look forward to supporting even more this year!
