RENTAL AGREEMENT

Rental Agreement

I understand and agree McMiller Sports Center rentals may not leave my care or custody. Removal from the property of any rentals such as firearms, bows, arrows, axes, gel blasters, scopes, lead sleds or cases is strictly prohibited and enforced.

I hereby agree and understand that I must return the rental to McMiller Sports Center before the end of business on the day the rental has been rented. Failure to return any rental or property of McMiller Sports Center is subject to action and prosecution.

I hereby agree to attend a safety handling demonstration prior to using a McMiller Sports Center rental (firearms, bows, arrows, axes, gel blasters, scopes, lead sleds).

I acknowledge and agree to follow range safety rules and regulations set forth by McMiller Sports Center.

I also agree that any rental requiring ammunition, arrows, or axes must be purchased in addition to the rental of the, with no exceptions.

I certify that I may lawfully possess a firearm in the state of Wisconsin. I also understand that any rental may be subject to removal from my custody at any time, for any reason dictated by the staff at McMiller Sports Center. Any damage the rental is complete of the rental.

I acknowledge that if I cause any damage the firearm that I may be subject to additional costs and fees at McMiller Sports Center's discretion which are required for repairing the rental firearm . If such damage causes the firearm to become inoperable, I hereby forfeit all costs and refunds associated with the damaged firearm.

The safe use of firearms dictates that I understand and agree to follow all of these instructions: Required

I will treat every firearm as if it were loaded.

I will always keep the firearm pointed in a safe direction.

I will not place my finger on the trigger or in the trigger guard unless and until I am ready to fire.

I will always wear appropritate eye and ear protection.

I will never pass the firearm to anyone without opening and keeping open cylinder or the action to verifiy that it is unloaded.

I will always follow the commands of the Range Saftey Officer, Range Management, State and Federal officals or be removed from the facility grounds.

I’m 18 years old or have a permission from my parents. I authorize the processing of my personal data for profiling purposes.
