OUR WAVIOR LIABILITY + RENTAL POLICY HAS BEEN UPDATED AS OF 1/1/2024. ALL PATRONS ARE REQUIRED TO SIGN PRIOR TO USING THE FACILITY, IN ACCORDANC WITH THE STATE OF WISCONINS AND THE DEPARTMENT OF NAUTRAL RESOURCES.
SITE MEMBERS / MEMBERS ARE REQUIRED TO FILL OUT THERE PROFILE ONCE A YEAR FOR EASIER ACCESS TO THE RANGE.
I understand that engaging in these activities may be hazardous, with accompanying risk of personal injury, death, and/or loss or damage to my property. In consideration of my participation in such shooting activities, I, own behalf and that of my heirs, successors, representatives, administrators and assign, hereby:

Waive and completely release any and all, past present or future claims, causes of action, suit, rights, damages, costs expenses or obligations or demands of any kind whatsoever, I, or anyone on my behalf might have against McMiller Sports Center, Wern Valley Outdoors Inc., and the Wisconsin department of Natural Resources, their parent, affiliates, subsidiaries or successor and their respective officers, directors, servants, employees, agents, representatives and contractors, for any loss, damage, personal injury, death and/or loss or damage to my property resulting from my participation in such shooting activities:

Agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless McMiller Sports Center, Wern Valley Outdoors Inc., and the Wisconsin Department of Resources, from any and all claims by any person, firm corporation or others, for any damages, loss or claims, of any nature, arising in any way out of my participation in such shooting activities; and for any damages, loss or claims, of any nature, arising in any way out of my participation in such shooting activities; and

Assume all risks associated with such activities and all responsibilities for medical expenses, costs and/ or other obligations and other losses or injury to me or in which I may become involved, by reason of my participation in such shooting activities at the aforementioned facility or event.
Anyone who uses a firearm has a responsibility to themselves and others to use the firearm safely.
I that I am familiar with the basic rules of firearm safety and that those basic rules have been explained to me.
I agree to follow all of the basic rules of firearm safety at all times during my use and handling of any firearm.
The safe use of firearms dictates that I understand and agree to follow all of these instructions:

I WILL TREAT EVERY FIREARM AS IF IT WERE LOADED.

I WILL ALWAYS KEEP THE FIREARM POINTED IN A SAFE DIRECTION.

I WILL NOT PLACE MY FINGER ON THE TRIGGER OR IN THE TRIGGER GUARD UNLESS AND UNTIL I AM READY TO FIRE.

I WILL ALWAYS WEAR APPORPRIATE EYE AND EAR PROTECTION.

I WILL NEVER PASS THE FIREARM TO ANYONE WITHOUT OPENING AND KEEPING OPEN CYLINDER OR THE ACTION TO VERIFY THAT IT IS UNLOADED.

I WILL ALWAYS FOLLOW THE COMMANDS OF THE RANGE OFFICER AND MANAGEMENT OF MCMILLER SPORTS CENTER.
Rental Agreement
I understand and agree that McMiller Sports Center rentals may not leave my care or custody. Removal from the property of any rental’s such as (Firearms, Bows, Arrows, Axes, Paintball, Scopes, Led Sled or Cases is strictly enforced and prohibited.
I hereby agree and understand that I must return the renal to McMiller Sports Center before the end of the business on the day the rental has been rented. Failure to return any rental or property of McMiller Sports Center is subject to legal action.
I hereby agree to attend a safety handling demonstration prior to using a McMiller Sports Center rental. (Firearms, Bows, Arrows, Axes, Paintball, Scopes, Led Sled) I acknowledge and agree to follow all range safety rules and regulations set forth by McMiller Sports Center. I also agree that any rental requiring ammunition, arrows, axes must be purchased in addition to the rental of the equipment, no exceptions.
I certify that I may lawfully possess a firearm in the state of Wisconsin. I also understand that any rental may be subject to removal from my custody at any time, for any reason dictated by the staff at McMiller Sports Center. Any Damage to the rental is subject for complete replacement of the rental. (You break it or damage it; you bought it)!
